Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before downloading or using the ACartFull mobile application and website (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old, a resident of the United States, and legally capable of entering into these Terms to use the Service.
ACartFull helps you set grocery budgets, compare prices across stores, track sales, manage pantry inventory, find community food resources, and connect with charitable organizations.
Important: prices, availability, and promotions shown in the app are provided for informational purposes only. They are estimates drawn from retailer data, public sources, and community contributions, and may not match the actual price in any store at any time. Always verify prices in store.
You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep your password secure, and notify us at support@acartfull.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
If you choose to save retailer loyalty card numbers, you authorize us to store them to show personalized pricing. Loyalty numbers are encrypted and are not shared with third parties other than as needed to operate the Service.
The Service displays links to third-party charitable organizations (such as Feeding America and regional food banks). If you choose to donate:
The Service lets you share content with other users, including price reports, deal alerts, and food-resource status reports ("Contributions"). By submitting a Contribution you agree that:
Impact Points and badges are a recognition feature only. They have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed, transferred, or sold, and may be adjusted or reset by ACartFull to correct errors or address abuse.
You agree not to:
ACartFull and its content, features, and trademarks are owned by ACartFull. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Pricing and product data are sourced from third parties (including retailer APIs and public databases) and from community Contributions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any such data. Links to third-party websites (including charitable organizations and delivery services) are provided for convenience; ACartFull is not responsible for third-party sites or services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT INFORMATION (INCLUDING PRICES) WILL BE ACCURATE OR CURRENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACARTFULL'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP OR FIFTY DOLLARS ($50). ACARTFULL IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Boston, Massachusetts, except that either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing support@acartfull.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will provide at least 14 days' notice through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
